Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Advocacy: Represent Heimdall Power in customer and regulator discussions regarding cybersecurity and compliance.
U.S. Standards Integration: Map global certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, IEC 62443) to U.S. regulatory frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, FERC) and ensure that U.S. regulatory requirements are integrated into our global security program.
Business Development: Contribute to RFPs/tenders, audits, and customer security questionnaires.
Domestic Execution of Global Standards: Lead the local implementation of global security policies and controls.
Champion Adherence: Support audits, risk assessments, and awareness activities.
Customer and Internal Support: Be the go-to security contact for U.S. customers, helping utilities trust and adopt Heimdall Power's solutions.

- Communication skills, and a proven ability to build trust with customers and colleagues

About Heimdall Power
Founded in Norway in 2016, we set out with a clear purpose: to bring greater awareness and intelligence to power grids—making them safer, smarter, and more responsive. Inspired by our namesake, we believe in seeing clearly, acting early, and never standing still.
From day one, our work has combined Nordic engineering principles with global ambition. What began as a bold idea in the Nordics is now a growing network of technology, partnerships, and purpose—deployed across continents, supporting some of the world’s most forward-thinking grid operators.
The world’s energy systems are experiencing rapid change and unprecedented pressure. Our goal is to help ensure that change is both manageable and meaningful—with solutions that strengthen the grid, the people who operate it, and everyone who depends on it.
